Artistic pre-development

Following on from pre-school classes, your gymnast will now also start developing their strength, body conditioning and skills, in readiness for life as an Esprit gymnast.

Designed for 4 and 5 years old’s who have started, or are about to start school.

Classes £34.02 per month*

ages 5-7

Artistic development squad

Once our coaching team feels it appropriate, your child will move to an hour-long development class.

Your child will start to learn about the various artistic gymnastic equipment and moves.

Progress is generally swift at this age and you get to share the excitement and pride that quickly comes with every new skill mastered. Badges and certificates reward their new achievements.

ages 7-10

Artistic junior squad

As your child grows and progresses, they get more confident and require more time to perfect the harder skills they are learning.

Therefore, classes are now longer and the skills harder to achieve, but this is where their self-confidence becomes evident. We ensure every child develops at their own pace and gets the chance to work within their own skill level.

This approach leads to increased awareness and self-confidence, as well as giving them the determination and desire to continue improving.

ages 10+

Artistic senior squad

At Esprit, we believe every child should have the freedom to shape their own gymnastics journey—whether they’ve been flipping since they were little or are just getting started.

Our senior classes are ideal for older children looking to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy a supportive environment.

For those who’ve grown up with Esprit, this is where you really see all those years of practice come together. For new starters, it’s a welcoming space where beginners are encouraged and supported every step of the way.

These sessions offer more advanced challenges when desired, but there's no pressure to push beyond what feels right. Whether your child is focused on building skills and progressing, or they simply enjoy the fitness, fun, and friendship of gymnastics, our coaches tailor their approach to suit each individual.
